WriteOnCon

For those of you who missed last week’s free kidlit conference, WriteOnCon, you can still visit the website for all of the AMAZING posts from authors, editors and agents. The events of the three-day conference are summarized in nightly recap posts, which link to the content. Here are links to the recaps of day one, day two and day three.

Make sure to visit the various blogs and websites of the seven fabulous women who put together WriteOnCon. They should be thanked profusely in fan girl screams and oodles of Twizzlers. (But you already knew that, right?)

Stop by and say hello to:

Jamie Harrington, a Young Adult (YA) Fiction writer who blogs at TotallyTheBomb.com.

Elana Johnson, whose fantabulous blog is a must-read for aspiring authors and bloggers.

Casey McCormick’s blog is the home of the amazing Agent Spotlight Series. She interviews agents and asks all of the questions you wish you could ask. Subscribe! You won’t regret it.

Shannon Messenger, a Middle Grade writer. Visit her blog to learn more.

Lisa and Laura Roecker, the authors of LIAR SOCIETY (coming soon). They are also sisters. I’m still trying to figure out how they make that work…

Jennifer Stayrook, the writer is responsible for the brilliant web design behind WriteOnCon.

Click here for more info on these phenom women. Follow them on Twitter, read their blogs…my guess is that there will be more YAwesome from these guys in the future.
